When you use the contact form, the details you enter are collected: your name, email address, organisation, topic and message. Nothing else is asked for. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and its fonts are served from this website rather than from third parties.
Why, and on what basis
Your details are used only to read and respond to your message and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and the legitimate interest of responding to an enquiry. Your details are never sold or used for marketing lists.
How long they are kept
Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted on request.
Who processes them
Messages are stored and delivered by email through the website's hosting provider, which processes them on David's behalf and only for this purpose.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to dfm@davidfmoreira.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
